Pay : $55 – $90 per hour

Position Overview
We are seeking a Project Coordinator to support the planning and execution of therapeutic and mental health service programs. This role focuses on coordinating projects, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with clinical teams and stakeholders to improve service delivery and outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage mental health service projects.
• Develop timelines, schedules, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with clinical teams, leadership, and external partners.
• Track progress and prepare project reports.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and contract requirements.
• Support staffing coordination and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and reporting systems.
• Identify and resolve project risks and issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Business, Psychology, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 2–5 years of project coordination or healthcare experience.
• PMP or CAPM certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of mental health or healthcare systems.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or project management tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders.
