Client Coordination Specialist - Experience Services
We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Client Coordination Specialist – Experience Services to support clients with organizing and managing personalized arrangements from start to finish. This role is ideal for professionals in New Jersey who enjoy structured workflows, clear communication, and delivering consistent, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.
In this position, you will work closely with clients to gather preferences, schedules, and expectations, then assist with researching options and coordinating reservations using established systems and tools. Accuracy, organization, and follow-through are essential, as you will be responsible for ensuring all details are confirmed, documented, and communicated clearly.
Key Responsibilities
