Compensation

• Salary: $90,000 - $100,000/yr

Position Summary

Our Client is seeking an Associate Attorney to join their team and handle foreclosure matters. In this role, you will manage all aspects of foreclosure litigation, from pleadings preparation through trial representation. You will work with clients, opposing counsel, and the court system to resolve foreclosure cases efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and approve foreclosure-related pleadings and legal documents
• Handle all aspects of foreclosure matters, including contested foreclosures
• Participate in mediations, depositions, telephonic hearings, and in-person hearings
• Conduct regular client meetings and provide case status updates
• Manage and prioritize a large caseload effectively

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar
• Ability to manage and prioritize a large caseload
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to work on-site in Mount Laurel, NJ for training and ongoing hybrid arrangement

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience handling foreclosure matters or real estate litigation
• Experience with contested foreclosure cases
• Familiarity with foreclosure mediation procedures

Must-Have Requirements

• Active New Jersey Bar License in good standing
• Ability to work hybrid with in-office presence in Mount Laurel, NJ
