Position Overview
We are searching for a high energy professional to partner with our Real Estate Team to provide oversight of all aspects of building functions, Office closures, consolidation and new location buildouts. As a Real Estate Associate, you will be a key player in supporting a national portfolio of 300+ office locations throughout the US. You will support the end-to-end lifecycle of our corporate real estate footprint, including strategic site selection, complex buildouts, office consolidations, and decommissioning of sites. This role requires a blend of analytical rigor, project management, and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional partners specifically IT and the Real Estate project management team.
Duties will include office visits to our various World office locations, Buildouts & Project Support: assist in coordination of architects, general contractors, and internal stakeholders to ensure new office "buildouts" are delivered on time and within budget.
- Portfolio Optimization: Assist in supporting the "Consolidation Strategy" by analyzing space utilization data to identify opportunities to merge offices or reduce square footage.
- Decommissioning & Closures: Assist in managing the logistical "hand-back" process for closed locations, ensuring "broom-clean" lease requirements are met to secure security deposit returns.
- Vendor Management: Assist in acting as a point of contact for third-party brokers, property managers, and facility vendors across the U.S.
- Visit Locations: For compliance checks, capacity and office usage. Utilize Matterport technology for recordings of locations
- Adhere to and manage project budgets and timeframes.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2–4 years in Commercial Real Estate (CRE), Property Management, Office Facilities or Corporate Services.
- Proficiency in Lease Administration software and advanced Excel Word and Power Point
- Understanding of commercial lease language (Triple Net, Full-Service Gross, etc.) and tenant improvement (TI) processes.
- Energetic team player with outstanding communication skills (verbal and written)
- Vendor management
- Occasional travel (25-50%) to site locations for walk-throughs or project kick-off ad assessments

This position is located in New Jersey. The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $50,000 to $60,000. Individual compensation varies based on job-related factors, including business needs, experience, level of responsibility, and qualifications.
