Salary: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
Plus Weekly Bonus Potential!!

Your main responsibilities

* Putting patients on therapy and taking them off
* Coordinating with patients to make sure they stay on their care plans
* Preparing all the proper paperwork associated with patient visits
* Checking patients in and out
* Scheduling patients
* Recall patients that have previously been in the office for follow up
* Verifying insurance coverage (you will be fully trained on this)
* Reception work (answering phones, collecting co-pays, scheduling appointments, etc..)
* Controlling patient flow
* Pulling files and preparing them for the next day

Requirements/Responsibilities

Chiropractic Assistant / Front Desk Requirements:

* We require at least one year of experience in professional client facing role.
* Previous experience in a medical office or wellness center highly desirable
* High school or equivalent (Required)

Required availability:
* 10 hour shift
* 8 hour shift
* Rotating weekends
