Global Manufacturer in Jersey City area has immediate need for a Senior Financial Analyst to join tenured team. This is a newly created role as a result of company growth that will have high visibility throughout the organization and report directly to the CFO. The Senior Financial analyst will be a strategic partner responsible for driving financial performance and supporting executive decision making. The Senior Financial Analyst will focus on optimizing capital and resource use to plan for growth and evaluate investments with a high volume manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial planning and reporting for assigned business units.
- Conduct variance analysis of actual results versus forecasts for P& L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow (FCF) to drive accountability.
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for scenario analysis, long-range planning, and capital expenditures.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes in partnership with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare executive-ready presentations and reports for senior leadership.
- Standardize FP& A processes and tools to drive continuous improvement and efficiency.
The Senior Financial analyst should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field and 5+ years of experience, preferably in manufacturing. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP), and BI tools. Interviews will be conducted the second week in July, for immediate consideration please contact Joseph Imbesi.
