Thi s long-term tem p position is expected to begin ASAP and is anticipated to last approximately 9–12 months, pending performance and client needs .
Position Details
- Hybrid schedu le: 3 days onsite / 2 remote
- Location: Wilmington, DE a
- Pay Rate : Approximately $25/hour
- Duration: Approximately 9–12 month assignment
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and obtain signatures for legal documents
- Monitor and replenish United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) deposit account funds
- Schedule and coordinate meetings for legal staff
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment
- Sort, screen, and distribute incoming mail
- Generate purchase requisitions in accordance with company procedures
- Coordinate occasional travel arrangements
- Prepare expense and reimbursement reports
- Assist with special projects, deadline tracking, and additional administrative support tasks
- Prepare, edit, and format documents, reports, and presentations utilizing Microsoft Office tools
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of administrative experience within a professional or legal environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Experience handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to work collaboratively across multiple functions within a Legal Department

- Work is generally performed sitting, talking, hearing, and typing
- This is a high-volume screen-based role, requiring constant, prolonged computer usage, including but not limited to: reviewing documents, managing visual content, and attending virtual meetings
- Visual acuity required for computer use, data analysis, and extended reading
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing and document handling
- Occasional standing, walking, bending, and reaching
- Ability to lift and carry items weighting up to 30 pounds

- Conduct work in a manner that protects the confidentiality of information, including taking reasonable steps to prevent unauthorized access, viewing, or disclosure of sensitive materials
- Follow all applicable information security, data privacy, and acceptable use policies as communicated by the Company
- Promptly report any suspected security incidents, breaches, or system vulnerabilities in accordance with Company protocols
