Job Title: Overnight Mixer / Blender Helper
Location: Brick, NJ (near Lakewood Industrial Park)
Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
Schedule: (12-hour overnight shifts) Monday to Thursday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (occasional work on Fridays +OT)
Compensation: $19 per hour. Nice benefits package.

Overnight Mixer / Blender Helper Responsibilities:

• This is an "entry-level" role. Training provided.
• Helps set-up and operate liquid blending and mixing production machinery
• Continuously watches machinery to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Prepare materials for production run, loads finished batches into hoppers for production.
• Make minor machine repairs, adjustments, and adjusts settings as needed on mixing and blending machinery
• Checks quality of product in-process and final-product.
• Verify material meets required specifications.
• Complete required time and production reports after each shift
• Basic computer usage.

• High diploma or GED required.
• Ability to perform basic math: simple addition/subtraction and division/multiplication
• Able to follow oral and written instructions
• Must be able to lift 50lbs without assistance.
• Prior basic forklift experience is desirable
• Prior manufacturing or mixing or blending experience is highly desirable
• Must, Must, Must be able to speak, read and write basic English.
