RemX Staffing is now hiring an Operations Specialist in the Banking Industry!

This is a 6 month long temporary role working a hybrid schedule (2-3 days/week onsite)

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the setup and maintenance of business member accounts, including checking, savings, etc.
• Help with day to day tasks and managing various reports
• Respond to business member inquiries related to account activity, transactions, or service issues
• Provide administrative and clerical support to the Business Banking team as needed

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or equivalent experience in business, finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred)
• Familiarity with business deposit and lending products (e.g., business checking, SBA loans, commercial lines)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable working with financial systems
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic, member-focused environment
