Responsibilities:

• Pull and review driver hours daily.

• Cross-reference driver hours with GPS tracking systems and trip volume.

• Prepare and process payroll accurately and on time.

• Maintain and update payroll spreadsheets in Excel and Google Sheets .

• Use computer applications to track and reconcile driver routes.

• Answer phone calls and assist dispatchers as needed.

• Identify discrepancies and work with management to resolve issues quickly.

• Generate regular reports for management review.

Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.).

• Comfortable navigating multiple computer applications and online tracking systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze and reconcile data from multiple sources.

• Prior payroll or transportation/logistics experience required.
