Job Title: Warehouse Laborer

Location: Neptune, New Jersey
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Summary
The Warehouse Laborer supports daily warehouse operations by receiving, storing, picking, and shipping products in a safe and efficient manner. This role helps maintain accurate inventory and ensures timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload trucks, pallets, and containers using hand trucks, pallet jacks, or forklifts (if certified).

• Pick, pack, and stage orders according to shipping schedules.

• Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for accuracy and damage.

• Maintain clean and organized work areas to meet safety and sanitation standards.

• Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts.

• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

• Previous warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience a plus.

• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs repeatedly.

• Basic math and reading skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safety protocols.

• Physical stamina and manual dexterity.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good time management and teamwork skills.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends as needed.
