Scrum Master

Akkodis is seeking a Scrum Master for a Contract with a client in Raritan, NJ. Candidate must have strong expertise in Scrum and Agile practices with the capability to drive teams toward compliance and delivery excellence.

Rate Range: $56/hour to $74/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Scrum Master job responsibilities include:

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies such as daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to ensure smooth team collaboration.

• Ensuring SOX control adherence by monitoring compliance activities and supporting teams in meeting audit requirements.

• Guiding teams in adopting Scrum principles, improving delivery rhythms, and removing roadblocks that impact progress.

• Coordinating with stakeholders to maintain clear communication, provide updates, and support project visibility.

• Driving Agile best practices across the project lifecycle to enhance productivity and alignment with organizational goals.

• Supporting project management tasks including tracking progress, managing risks, and preparing presentations for leadership.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, business management, or a related field.

• 5-7 Years of experience required.

• Candidate must have strong capability in Scrum and Agile methodologies, including facilitating ceremonies and guiding teams through structured delivery frameworks.

• Candidate must have proven expertise in managing communication, project coordination, and compliance activities to support smooth project execution.

Pay Details: $56.00 to $74.00 per hour
