The Opportunity
We are seeking a Sales Project Administrator to support our sales team. This role is central to keeping projects, proposals, and schedules on track. In this role, you can expect to:
- Coordinate schedules and manage travel arrangements for our sales team
- Prepare, format, and maintain proposals, client presentations, and sales documents
- Track project timelines and deliverables, sending proactive reminders and follow-ups
- Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and Excel
- Provide general administrative support, and documentation management

Who You Are
- 2+ years in project administration, sales support, or executive assistant role
- An hourly rate of $25–30/hr depending on experience
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Proficient in Excel and CRM tools
- Excellent communicator, able to hold others accountable
- Able to juggle multiple projects and adapt quickly to shifting priorities
- Able to consistently commute to/from Swedesboro, NJ
