Position: nCino Solutions Architect

Location: Atlanta, GA or Remote

Job Description:

Summary:

The nCino Solutions Architect is responsible for the end-to-end design, implementation, and optimization of the nCino Bank Operating System and Salesforce-based commercial lending workflows. This SME will work closely with business leaders, IT, and vendors to deliver innovative solutions that support strategic growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead architectural design and integration of nCino with existing core banking and workflow systems
• Partner with business and IT to transform commercial and credit operations using nCino features
• Drive requirements analysis, user story development, and solutioning for complex lending processes
• Implement, configure, and oversee enhancements to nCino modules (loan origination, credit analysis, workflow, reporting)
• Mentor developers and analysts on best practices in nCino and Salesforce customization
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, providing SME guidance
• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with industry standards
• Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent projects

Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience designing and implementing nCino solutions in banking/financial institutions
• Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, workflows, and API integration
• Track record leading cross-functional project teams and implementing process automation for loan platforms
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills

Strong background in commercial lending domain and financial product workflows
