THE BASICS

Pay : This full-time role offers $30 - $35 per hour , fantastic benefits, and the opportunity to lead a hardworking team while delivering high-quality results.

Schedule : As a full-time Painting Crew Leader, your schedule will vary based on project needs. While specific shift times are not set, you can expect a consistent workload managing multiple job sites throughout the week.

YOUR DAY AS A PAINTING CREW LEADER

Each day, you will arrive on-site ready to lead your team to success. You will ensure that all new hires receive proper training, setting them up for success in the field. You will oversee Field Training, making sure it's completed efficiently and correctly. Keeping a close eye on job progress, you will monitor crew performance and make necessary adjustments to bring projects in on time and within budget. Your role will also involve keeping detailed records of attendance and performance evaluations and maintaining accurate time tracking and documentation.

You will ensure that all company MSDS Books, fire extinguishers, and first aid kits are present in company vans and that job site signs are properly placed and removed when projects wrap up. Managing materials, resolving customer questions, and communicating concerns to the Owner and Supervisor will be part of your daily routine. Most importantly, you will ensure full payment is received on the last day of the job, collect customer signatures on Quality Assurance Forms, and gather valuable customer feedback surveys to help us continue delivering top-notch service.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A PAINTING CREW LEADER

• Strong understanding of job-site safety
• Extensive knowledge of painting products and techniques
• Ability to accurately document daily activities
• Leadership skills to manage painters and oversee job completion
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Attention to detail when tracking job progress, materials, and crew performance
