OTR Flatbed Company driver (W-2) Job in Newark, NJ by HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- 6 months of flatbed experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

- Layover Pay: $175 for every 24 hours

Vacancy description
Drive HMD Trucking’s flatbed fleet on nationwide lanes.
Operate late-model trucks with APUs, inverters, sleeper cabs, and removable rider seats, maintained by our in-house team.
Role Outline:
- Secure, tarp, and deliver flatbed freight safely
- Uphold DOT compliance and accurate logkeeping
- Provide dispatch with status reports
Compensation & Perks: Enjoy $0.70/mi base pay plus $0.10/mi safety/productivity bonus, pay on every haul, consistent home time, full health/dental/vision benefits, PTO, 401(k), and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
