Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator
Location: Fluid Path Products
Job Type: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Overview:
Fluid Path Products is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support the daily operations of our fast-growing, start-up mode manufacturing facility. We specialize in producing high-performance polymer components for the biotech and biopharma processing markets. This role is essential to ensuring smooth logistics, inventory accuracy, and timely fulfillment of customer orders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage supply chain and inventory processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely delivery of parts and components.

• Identifying and solving problems related to shipping and part production.

• Collaborate with production and planning teams to forecast and plan materials and components.

• Ensure customer orders are fulfilled accurately, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.

• Support implementation of safety, quality, and operational procedures across the supply chain.

• Recommend and implement process improvements to reduce costs and increase efficiency.

• Maintain organized records of inventory, shipments, and supply chain documentation.

Qualifications:

• No prior supply chain experience required—ideal for a fast learner with a problem-solving mindset.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, start-up environment.

• Willing and able to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• A “roll-up-your-sleeves” attitude with a commitment to getting the job done.

• Aptitude for for decision making and problem solving for process improvement and a passion for operational excellence.
