Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate and own the clinical opportunities and clinical stakeholder connections with specific health systems (IDNs) or key SCG accounts.
Identify and anticipate goals to support strategy and implement initiatives with measurable return on investments that meet US Region business strategy across all the BD business units.
Influence and cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders at the clinical executive and leadership level.
Understand customers clinical needs through program assessments, and proactively identify gaps in processes to assist the customer achieve their goals.
Lead program management and implementation of a suite of customer-focused clinical initiatives and services that support enterprise or system level practice/product standardization, outcomes-based initiatives, and standard processes which assist clinicians in achieving improved and desired outcomes.
Engage the appropriate internal resources necessary to collaborate with the SCVP (Strategic Customer Vice President) and collectively implement the account plan and clinical opportunity.
Cultivate a customer-centric and externally focused organization by bringing the voice of the customer into the organization.
About You:
Minimum bachelor's degree in healthcare (Registered Nurse or Pharmacist). Masters degree a plus.
Minimum 10+ years progressively responsible clinical & leadership experience; healthcare industry clinical, sales and/or marketing experience is required.
Minimum 5 years of large account management or health system (IDN) experience.
Experience in account management and effective collaboration with key influencers (clinical & business.)
Proven ability to engage in relationships with senior executives.
Ability to travel 60% of time.
