Physical Therapist / PTA

As a Physical Therapist/PTA, you will play a vital role in delivering patient-centered care, ensuring homebound patients receive coordinated, effective, and compassionate care to maintain their safety and overall well-being.

Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals
- Provide evidence-based physical therapy interventions to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care. Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment
- Communicate effectively with office staff, patients, and caregivers
- Pediatrics experience preferred
Qualifications:
- Active NY Physical Therapist or PTA License (Required)
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings
- Strong clinical and interpersonal skills
Job Details:
- Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Per Diem
- Patient's Location: Irvington, NY 07111
- Schedule Flexibility: Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday with weekend availability as needed
