Compensation:$85,000 - $165,000 at plan
Responsibilities:- Tour business properties and review costs of maintaining the building, possible renovations, financing options and analytical data
- Develop relationships that enhance the potential for future growth
- Conduct market demographic, population, and environmental studies and present information to the buyer or seller to aid in their decision making process
- Act as the go-between in negotiations with buyers and sellers over property prices, and during the closing of sales to ensure all transactions are accurate and legal
- Respond to customer calls, emails and web requests in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction
