Sous Chef
Dakota Prime Steakhouse & Harry in Vineland, NJ is looking for a sous chef to join our culinary s tea. We are located pub on 2216 W Landis Ave. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and engaged.
Responsibilities
- assist excutive chef in daily production
- assist in creating new menus and creative dishes
- preperation of sauces/sous vide/soups/ meat and fish cutting
- quality control and date dot system on food production
- oreding and inventory
Qualifications
- 3 years experience working as a sous chef or chef
- High familiarity with kitchen equipment, processes, and health and safety guidelines
- Able to delegate tasks effectively and assist when needed
- Adaptable to high traffic and kitchen volume
