Desktop Support Technician,

The Desktop Support Technician will be responsible for upgrading systems to Windows 11, imaging devices, installing software, configuring automatic updates, and troubleshooting issues. The role also involves configuring and rolling out new devices to replace end-of-life equipment, hardware inventory management, user migration, and general hardware/software maintenance.

Required Skills & Certifications:

- Dell/HP PC hardware configuration and troubleshooting skills (4 years)
- Windows 11 OS configuration and troubleshooting skills (4 years)
- MS Office 365, Teams, Outlook user profile setup and end-user trouble ticket resolution (4 years)
- Knowledge of SCCM for computer imaging (4 years)
- Knowledge of SCSM for trouble ticket resolution and workflows (4 years)
- Xerox multifunctional device familiarity (4 years)
- Knowledge of PC/Laptop hardware
- Knowledge of Windows 10/11 OS
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite desktop applications
- Knowledge of MS365 web applications
- Communication skills
