Staff Attorney
JCW is partnering with a well-established, highly regarded insurance carrier in New Jersey who is looking to bring on a Staff Attorney to focus in the workers' compensation space. This is an in-house position with a strong support structure and meaningful, varied caseload.

- Protect policyholder interests in litigated workers' compensation matters through settlement or decision
- Handle complex litigation and develop litigation strategies in collaboration with policyholders
- Provide case status updates, recommendations, and legal guidance to policyholders and claims staff
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external customers
Job xrczosw Requirements
- Juris Doctor degree and active license to practice law in New Jersey
- Workers' compensation experience, including multiple jurisdictions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and writing skills
