Private Duty LPN/RN - Pediatric G-Tube & Overnight O2 Support

Location: Boonton, NJ
Sign-On Bonus: $500
Pay Rates:

LPN: $42–$45 per hour

RN: $52–$55 per hour

Shift Available:

Daily: 9:30 AM – 5:30 PM and 11 PM - 7 AM
Monday - Sunday
Schedule Type: Per Diem | Daytime Shift | Overnight Shift

About the Case

Affirmed Home Care is seeking compassionate and skilled LPNs and RNs to provide private duty nursing for a 2-year-old pediatric client located in Boonton, NJ . The child has several complex medical conditions, including:

• Ataxia

• Cerebral palsy

• Seizure disorder

Daily care needs include G-tube feeds and medications , along with supplemental oxygen overnight once the client is at home.

This is a meaningful opportunity to support a medically fragile child and provide steady, individualized care within a supportive family environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, attentive one-on-one nursing care in the home

• Administer G-tube feeds and medications per the care plan

• Monitor respiratory status and manage supplemental oxygen as needed

• Observe for seizure activity and respond appropriately

• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate with family and clinical supervisors

• Follow all safety and emergency protocols

Qualifications

Required:

• Active New Jersey LPN or RN license

• Current CPR certification

• Experience with G-tube care and pediatric nursing

• Reliable transportation to Boonton, NJ

• Ability to work independently in a private duty setting

Preferred:

• Experience with seizure management

• Previous pediatric home care experience

• Familiarity with mobile charting applications
