Job Description: This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive in Iselin, NJ. The Sales Executive will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to sales in the Store, providing customer service support, coordinating with customers, completing monthly sale targets, and ensuring a seamless customer experience in the Store. Key Responsibilities: Greeting customers and directing them to the appropriate sales associate. Addressing customer inquiries and complaints through our portal. Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues efficiently. Engaging with potential and existing customers to promote our services/products. Identifying sales opportunities and closing deals. Qualifications: Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (or higher). Gender: Female or Male Experience: We are looking for candidates with good, relevant experience in customer service and/or sales. Personality: A charming personality is essential. We're seeking someone who can build rapport easily and represent our company positively. Skills: Basic phone etiquette and strong communication skills.Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn and operate our customer service portal. Language (Plus): Proficiency in Hindi, any other Indian language, or Spanish would be a significant advantage.
