Responsible for overseeing the basic CNC operation and inspection of machined parts. Duties include

• Operating CNC lathes and milling machines, preparing and loading of parts and daily inspection and maintenance to ensure all quality requirements are met.
• Prepare and loads raw materials and parts onto CNC machines. Handle materials appropriately and safely.
• Read and interpret basic blueprints and drawings.
• Perform in-process inspection of machine parts to ensure manufacturing adherence to all quality regulations. Measure and check dimensions and tolerances using measuring devices, including (but not limited to) calipers, micrometers and gauges.
• Perform daily maintenance on CNC machinery. Conduct routine inspection and replace worn-out tooling as needed.

Experience Required

• Proficiency in basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, decimals
• Haas Controller Experience preferred •Quality assurance experience preferred
