Description:

ENG- Responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions that support program reviews, sourcing data, financial analysis, and operational performance. This role focuses on building dashboards, KPIs, and reports using tools such as Power BI and Palantir Foundry to deliver actionable insights and improve decision-making. The analyst transforms complex datasets into meaningful business intelligence, automates reporting processes, and enhances data pipelines to improve efficiency and accuracy. Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams is required to translate business needs into scalable analytics solutions.

#Education & Job Requirements
*Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience OR Master’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience OR in lieu of a degree, a minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
*Experience with enhanced BI tools and applications, including Power BI, Palantir Foundry, and other licensed tools.
*Experience with SAP / SAP S4 Hana.
*Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and Power Platform tools.
*Experience with BI systems such as Power BI, Looker, SAP Business Objects, and Microsoft Fabric.

*Experience taking a vision from meeting with a stakeholder to determine requirements through proof of concept to project completion with the stakeholder fully satisfied, is a must.

*Experience with AI and machine learning tools such as Palantir Foundry.
*Strong SQL and SQL backend skills; experience with Python or R is a plus.
*Experience building and maintaining scalable data pipelines for reporting and analytics.
*Ability to synthesize complex datasets into clear, actionable insights.
