Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for residents in a long-term care setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve or maintain functional abilities
- Deliver therapy services and restorative programs to residents, adapting activities to safety and tolerance
- Document evaluations, progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries in charting systems
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including nursing, rehabilitation staff, and families, to coordinate care and discharge planning
- Monitor resident progress, modify interventions as needed, ensure infection control and safety compliance

- Ability to work in a long-term care setting
- Willingness to commit to a 13-week travel assignment with a weekday schedule
- Strong documentation and interprofessional communication skills
- Reliability with guaranteed hours and adherence to the outlined shift
