We’re looking for someone who can lead install crews confidently, maintain high-quality standards, and help deliver an excellent customer experience.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee installation crews and coordinate daily job activities

• Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems safely and efficiently

• Ensure all installations meet manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards

• Read and interpret installation layouts, blueprints, and job specifications

• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process

• Maintain clean, organized jobsites and complete accurate job documentation

• Collaborate with field leadership and office staff to ensure successful project completion

What We’re Looking For

Required:

• 3+ years of HVAC installation experience

• Prior lead installer or crew leadership experience

• Strong knowledge of residential HVAC systems

• Ability to lead projects and train helpers/apprentices

• EPA Certification

• Valid driver’s license

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  

Preferred:

• Residential retrofit experience

• Sheet metal or fabrication experience

• Service troubleshooting experience

• OSHA certification
