Portal Product Manager (RBC Clear)
Job Description
What is the opportunity?
The Portal Product Manager within RBC Capital Markets US Cash Management team will be responsible for product management, development efforts and working closely with cross-functional partners on delivering a best-in-class digital experience.
What will you do?
- Partners closely with other product groups such as strategy, design and go to market to drive forward product areas
- Defines and drives a vision for Cash Management products on the portal that meaningfully impacts client experience and business growth
- Acts as the voice of the user in product design, gathering direct feedback from customers on our future portal experience
- Effectively manages and communicate product vision, strategy, measurement/reporting, prioritization and backlog
- Leads Portal product development collaborating with an engineering scrum team
- Partners closely with cross-functional stakeholder teams; fraud, risk, compliance, sales, and GTM to effectively drive forward and support the digital experience.
- Leverage GenAI to drive requirements, development and test cases.
What do you need to succeed?
- Experience managing digital, fintech and SaaS products
- Demonstrated experience working on a banking portal and delivering seamless digital experiences
- Strong stakeholder management; experience navigating difficult situations, negotiating timelines, and influencing internal and external stakeholders
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders
- A "can do" attitude
- Be able to adjust quickly to changes
- Must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources
- Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance
- Strong understanding of Corporate Banking and/or Transaction Banking
- Experience with Digital banking or Transaction Banking

The good-faith expected salary range for the above position is $140,000 - $180,000 depending on factors including but not limited to the candidate’s experience, skills, registration status; market conditions; and business needs. This salary range does not include other elements of total compensation, including a discretionary bonus and benefits such as a 401(k) program with company-matching contributions; health, dental, vision, life and disability insurance; and paid time-off plan.
