Specialized Billing Assistant

EMSL is seeking a Specialized Billing Assistant in Cinnaminson, NJ . This position will process billing orders for our products division. Ideal candidate has an accounting background in high volume billing and invoicing.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assist with review and creation of invoices per customer requirementsReview purchase orders and match to invoicesUpload invoices to customer accounting portalsAssist with incoming calls/emails from clients and employees regarding invoice questionsTroubleshoot and field questions regarding invoices and portalsContact clients via phone and email as neededWork on any other administrative related projects as needed to meet business demands

Qualifications: High School Degree or equivalent; Associates degree in Accounting is a plusTwo plus years of Accounting or Billing experience requiredExperience with SAP Ariba, Coupa, Tungsten or other accounting portals is a plusMust be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office especially with email managementMust be able to prioritize work assignmentsMust have attention to detail and problem solving skillsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalTeam player and the ability to multi-task and be organized

Available Shift: Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Flexible hours
