Position Description: Communication between sales representatives, internal and external customers about new orders and on-going shipments once production reports are available to execute high quality service and customer-oriented concepts towards NutraStars mission. Key Responsibilities:Review with Packaging and Shipping production reports once inventory is reported in ERP.
Notify Sales Reps and customers when production is available to ship.
Confirm with the Accounting & Finance Team if shipment is released upon payment or credit terms.
Print Amazon/UPS/FedEx labels and issue Bill of Lading.
Issue, reserve and ship inventory from Main and Holding Facility.
Route, schedule and confirm shipments with carriers via phone, e-mail, website.
Track and report to the Manager any delay or issue on shipments.
Confirm invoices upon freight quotes and verify rates from carriers.
Provide shipping quotes from different carriers ensuring best pricing and costing options.
Ensure billing of additional fees are included and billed to customers upon the PO requirements.
Consolidate list of shipments through UPS, FedEx, local and international carriers on tracker.
Provide a monthly report of Storage fees for Holding / Payment pending inventory.
Connect with shipping and packaging when reporting discrepancies are shown within the inventory reported in the Main Facility.
Follow up with Sales Administrators and Sales reps about shipping instructions for full and partial cases.
Report information on the Department's Share File and Google Sheet Tool.
Show a desire and willingness to learn and succeed.
Complete all required training activities.
Demonstrates commitment to the organization by maintaining regular, on-site attendance, is reliable and follows through on responsibilities.

Experience / Requirements:High School DiplomaBilingual in Spanish and English.Business Administration bachelors degree (Preferred)
Customer Service experience of 1 year minimumSupervisor Experience (1 year preferred)Experience working with ERP systems.
FedEx & Ups system knowledge.
Great communication and verbal skills.
Work Schedule:Mon-Thu 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Fri 8:00 am - 2:00 pm $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 Hourly
