OTR Dry van Company driver (W-2) Job in Camden, NJ by HMD Trucking
Requirements - 1 year of CDL-A OTR experience
- No DUI/DWI in the last 5 years
- No more than 3 moving violations or 3 preventable accidents
- No excessive speeding (over 21 mph) in the last 3 years
- Must be above 23 years old at the time of applying

Vacancy description
Join HMD as an OTR solo Dry Van driver operating from Camden, NJ and hauling freight nationwide. Expect steady long-haul runs averaging near 2,500 miles weekly in modern tractors under three years old with sleepers, APUs and inverters, supported by our in-house maintenance department.
Primary responsibilities:
- Safely operate dry van equipment across interstate routes.
- Perform detailed pre/post-trip inspections and keep accurate logs.
- Protect shipments, meet delivery timeframes, and maintain clear communication with dispatch.
Requirements & compensation:
- Valid CDL-A and a minimum of 12 months verifiable driving experience.
- Mileage pay starts at 65 CPM with bonuses for safety, clean inspections and referrals; biweekly home time and comprehensive benefits including a 401(k).
