Position Overview

Were seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Clerk to join our growing finance team. This role is responsible for full-cycle Accounts Payable from receiving invoices through final payment as well as reconciling vendor accounts. Your work will help keep our operations running smoothly and support our mission of delivering top-tier fire protection services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle AP : receive review and process invoices through final payment
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records
• Assist with payment runs credit card reconciliations and expense reports
• Communicate professionally with vendors and internal teams to ensure clarity and accuracy
• Support month-end close activities as needed

Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Payable experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to prioritize workload and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with Sage Intacct Ottimate or Excel is a plus but not required! Were happy to train the right person.
