Position Overview

We are hiring Professional Cleaning Technicians who are reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to follow systems and checklists. This is not just a “cleaning job” — This is a position for someone who values excellence and is committed to delivering high-quality work in a structured environment.

Responsibilities• Perform deep cleans, maintenance cleans, and move-in/move-out services
• Follow detailed cleaning checklists and company systems
• Dust, sanitize, vacuum, mop, and detail all assigned areas
• Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and commercial spaces thoroughly
• Communicate professionally with team members and management
• Arrive on time and ready to work

Qualifications

• Cleaning experience preferred (residential or commercial)
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass background screening
• Must be dependable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and team mindset
• Ability to work independently without supervision
