Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat adults requiring physical therapy to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and monitor patient progress
- Conduct therapeutic exercises, gait training, balance activities, and manual therapy as appropriate
- Reassess patients regularly and adjust plans to achieve goals
- Document care provided and communicate results to the care team
- Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to optimize patient outcomes
- Ensure patient safety, proper body mechanics, and infection control during sessions

Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
- Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- Ability to work in a post-acute rehabilitation setting with adult patients
