Bookkeeper II

What You’ll Do
- Oversee daily financial transactions, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Handle payroll processing and maintain compliance with all relevant laws.
- Manage both accounts receivable and payable, including billing and collections.
- Reconcile bank accounts and support month-end and year-end close processes.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budgeting and forecasting.
- Work closely with auditors and provide necessary documentation during reviews.
- Uphold company policies and accounting standards in all financial activities.
- Pitch in on special projects and support the finance team as needed.

REQUIREMENTS
- Demonstrated experience in bookkeeping or a related financial role.
- Familiarity with accounting software (such as QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with colleagues.
- High ethical standards and respect for confidentiality.
- Certification in bookkeeping or accounting is a plus.
