Location: New Jersey (Statewide - Site-Based or Hybrid Available)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM
Salary: $70,000-$95,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials

Flywheel Centers is seeking a compassionate and experienced Clinical Diagnostic Specialist to join our growing New Jersey team. In this role, you'll be a vital part of the diagnostic process for children suspected of having autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You'll use standardized assessment tools - including the ADOS-2 - alongside clinical interviews and developmental history gathering, to support accurate and family-centered diagnoses.

We're looking for someone who combines clinical expertise with warmth, clarity, and a passion for helping families find answers.

• Administer and score standardized assessments (e.g., ADOS-2, Vineland, etc.) as part of a comprehensive autism evaluation.

• Conduct caregiver interviews and developmental history intakes.

• Integrate findings into clear, accessible diagnostic reports.

• Collaborate with BCBAs, therapists, and other providers to ensure continuity of care.

• Provide feedback to families with empathy and clarity.

• Maintain timely documentation and uphold HIPAA and ethical standards.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, Speech-Language Pathology, or related clinical field.

• Formal training and experience in administering and scoring the ADOS-2.

• At least 2 years of experience conducting autism evaluations.

• Licensure (LCSW, PsyD, etc.) is a strong plus but not required.

• Strong understanding of ASD, neurodevelopmental disorders, and differential diagnosis.

• Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.
