Job Title: Infotainment Quality Coordinator

Job Overview:
Contemporary Staffing Solutions is seeking an Infotainment Quality Coordinator to join our client to support the review and accuracy of vehicle infotainment performance data. In this onsite contract role based in Camden, NJ, you will help drive timely investigation of technology-related field concerns through organized data tracking and proactive communication. This position plays a key role in ensuring information is properly captured, summarized, and escalated so the team can improve product quality and customer experience.

Compensation:
$24/hour

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (1-hour lunch & two 15-minute breaks)

Key Responsibilities of the Infotainment Quality Coordinator:

• Review large volumes of technical case files daily and translate findings into clear summaries that feed master tracking logs.
• Maintain and update detailed spreadsheets used to monitor progress of quality concerns and related investigations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and service partners to gather missing data and ensure checklists are complete.
• Support the creation of technical reports and the coordination of failed parts collection to advance root-cause analysis.
• Assist with occasional hardware or software testing to validate field issues and support ad hoc reporting needs.

Qualifications and Skills for the Infotainment Quality Coordinator:

• Strong Microsoft Excel expertise with the ability to manage, sort, and analyze large datasets.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and processes and apply knowledge consistently in daily tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with a high level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment requiring adaptability and ownership of results.
• Prior background in automotive or IT environments is preferred, along with familiarity using mobile devices and wireless technologies.
