Project Manager
- Serve as a liaison between Area Implementation and Finance teams.
- Work with Project Delivery PMs / PD Managers and functional stakeholders to assess project budgets and update field forecasts.
- Update financial systems and tools with field forecast changes for total project cost at completion.
- Provide support to the Regional VP and Dir of Project Delivery during Budget and Outlook cycles to set Capex Budget and Outlook for the Fiscal year and quarter, using system data and financial tools.
- Support project delivery PMs with revenue targets by monitoring POs for pass through costs required under Customer contracts in partnership with Finance Revenue assurance teams.
- Facilitate the improvement of Area Project Management budget management techniques for field forecast updates and spend projections to drive for efficiency and accuracy.
- Interface with project controls, project delivery and functional partners to assess spend variances and report on trends derived from data, analysis and feedback from partner teams.
- Support Project Delivery Project Managers with data collection for budget increase requests and budget transfers.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or finance required
- PMP or comparable certifications preferred
- 5+ wireless experience including significant program management, project management and construction management Required
- Experience managing project budgets or related financial experience.
- Data analysis skills using analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Smart Sheets, etc.
