Looking for an individual with multiple high-level skills to manage construction office with at least 5 years’ experience. Position is Monday to Friday, in person 7:30am to 4:00pm.

Must be well organized with construction knowledge, proficient in Word and Excel. Also, must have good people and communication skills.

Must be experienced in:

HR, bookkeeping, billing, accounts receivables, accounts payable, AIA Contracts, payroll,

health and business insurance.

Experience in Sage 100 is helpful but not mandatory.

Company has excellent benefits, health, dental, vision and Simple IRA. Salary will be based on experience.

Compensation: $50,000.00 per year
