- The Sales Operations Manager position is a commercial facing leadership role, reporting to senior sales leadership. The Sales Operations Manager will own the operating cadence for the region by delivering leadership-ready reporting and insights, improving pipeline visibility and forecasting discipline, standardizing processes across branches, and strengthening CRM adoption. This is a growth role with runway into broader commercial leadership over time.
Responsibilities:
- Build and deliver weekly and monthly dashboards, insights, and leadership-ready presentations that clarify performance drivers and recommended actions.
- Own pipeline visibility and forecasting support, including deal hygiene, stage discipline, aging, conversion, and close-date accuracy.
- Lead regional operating rhythms such as pipeline updates and quarterly business review preparation and follow-up.
- Standardize and document sales processes across branches to improve consistency, speed, and execution.
- Drive CRM improvements and adoption through practical governance, training, data quality improvements, and field-friendly workflows.
- Support territory planning and sales performance initiatives with data-backed recommendations.
- Coordinate internal review workflows tied to pricing, risk, and contract steps to support quality execution.
- Analyze win and loss trends and sales activity patterns, identify gaps, and drive process or tool improvements.
- Build onboarding and ongoing training around tools, systems, and expectations to help reps ramp faster.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Operations, and other internal teams to improve handoffs and execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, commercial operations, revenue operations, sales analytics, consulting, private equity portfolio operations, or a similar data-driven environment.
- Strong analytical and financial acumen, with a track record of turning data into clear recommendations and business-ready communication.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and drive adoption across a sales organization without direct authority.
- Comfort building models, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership.
- CRM experience, including reporting, data integrity, adoption, and process improvement; Salesforce exposure preferred.
- Professional communication style with the ability to earn buy-in across multiple stakeholders.

Compensation:
- Base salary in the 100k - 165k/year range
