Full-Time Custom Exhibits Account Executive
Location: Waldwick, NJ (Hybrid, in-office Tuesdays & Wednesdays)
Travel: Up to 30 days per year (domestic and international)
Reports To: Custom Exhibits Manager
Salary Range: $ 80,000 - 100,000

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented Custom Exhibits Account Executive with a passion for exhibit design and international business. In this role, you will manage the full lifecycle of custom exhibit sales, from lead generation and client consultation through design coordination and onsite execution. As the primary point of contact, building strong relationships is paramount.
What You'll Do
- Manage the full lifecycle of custom exhibit sales, from lead generation and consultation through signed contracts and project handoff.
- Partner with clients to understand their goals, budgets, and creative direction, collaborating with designers and contractors to deliver compelling proposals.
- Oversee project execution, ensuring compliance with trade show regulations, deadlines, and logistical requirements.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients and vendors to balance value and profitability.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through industry events, online research, and internal sales leads.
- Maintain accurate records of communications, milestones, and financials.
- Travel domestically and internationally to support client activations and business development.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (experience in events or trade shows strongly preferred).
- Knowledge of exhibit design and trade show industry practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Creative thinker and proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 30 days per year, including internationally (trips typically 3–9 days).
