CarePatrol of Metro North, NJ is seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Community Outreach Specialist / Referral Partner Builder to join our growing team. As part of the nation’s most trusted senior care placement service, you’ll play a vital role in connecting families with senior living options that best fit their needs — all at no cost to the families.

This is not a desk job. It’s a flexible, community-based opportunity designed for self-starters who thrive on building relationships, creating awareness, and making a meaningful difference every day.

What You’ll Do

• Build Awareness: Represent CarePatrol within your assigned counties by educating healthcare professionals, senior centers, community organizations, and local businesses about our free senior placement services.

• Develop Referral Pipelines: Cultivate partnerships with hospitals, rehab centers, social workers, elder law attorneys, and other senior-focused professionals who can refer families to CarePatrol.

• Generate Leads: Drive new family referrals through networking, outreach events, and relationship management.

• Collaborate for Impact: Work closely with our Certified Senior Care Advisor to ensure families receive compassionate guidance and placement support.

Skills Needed

• Strong sales and networking abilities

• Proven outbound drive and self-motivation

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to represent the CarePatrol brand with professionalism and empathy

Primary Focus

• Build awareness of CarePatrol’s free senior care placement services

• Establish and grow referral partnerships across assigned territories

• Fill the CarePatrol pipeline with qualified family leads

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in marketing or sales within the senior living world (assisted living, memory care, independent living, etc.)

• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel throughout your territory

• A community-minded professional who enjoys connecting, educating, and helping others

• Someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial, commission-based environment

Compensation Structure

This is a performance-based opportunity with unlimited earning potential.

• $450 bonus for every qualified family referral that converts to a move-in

• 25% of final commission if the referral converts to a move-in
