As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a key role in supporting security-related operations within a financial institution setting. **What You'll Do:**
+ Monitor and dispatch security-related communications for the site, coordinating with on-site personnel as needed.
+ Assist in managing access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points through security-related systems.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Document and report all security-related incidents and activities accurately and promptly.
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by addressing inquiries and offering assistance in accordance with site-specific policies.
+ Communicate with emergency services and/or management when appropriate, relaying critical information efficiently.
+ Support Allied Universal team members by maintaining clear and professional communication throughout all dispatch activities.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Applicants must have 3 or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience, or possess a college degree.
+ Applicants must provide proof of a high school diploma or GED.
+ Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
+ Alarm panel experience is preferred.
+ Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
