How You Will Make A Difference
- Identify high-potential companies across various industries who would benefit from Datacolor's color management solutions
- Partner with Account Executives to develop and execute effective prospecting strategies that generate quality opportunities
- Conduct high volume outbound prospecting activities through multiple channels including calls, emails, and social media platforms
- Develop, test, and refine messaging strategies tailored to different industries and personas
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule discovery meetings with Account Executives
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targets and
- Share learnings and best practices with team members to support collective success
- Represent Datacolor's values of innovation, expertise, and customer success
Who You Are
- 1-2 years of work experience, preferably in an inbound or outbound BDR role in technology or SaaS
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to exceed targets
- Hunter mentality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly
- Naturally curious with a continuous learning mindset
- Self-motivated and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple prospects simultaneously
- Adaptable and resilient with the ability to receive and implement feedback
- Experience with or willingness to learn CRM systems and sales tools
- Knowledge of color management solutions or related industries is a plus, but not required

Salary Range
45,000 - 50,000 $ base + 30-40% commission
This job posting includes a pay range, reflecting the salaries or hourly rates that Datacolor anticipates it might offer for the specified role at the time of posting. Typically, Datacolor aims to hire for this position at the midpoint of the range. However, in exceptional cases where an external candidate possesses significantly higher experience, credentials, or expertise than expected, Datacolor may consider offering a salary or rate towards the upper end of the range. Additionally, Datacolor welcomes applications from candidates with less experience, as we believe in providing opportunities for growth and development.
Location
This position is available as a hybrid role, with the flexibility to work remotely and the opportunity for in-office presence at our Lawrenceville (NJ) office.
