What You'll Do:
- Oversee rehabilitation services to ensure high quality of resident care
- Assign cases and tasks to staff
- Ensure proper care delivery by guiding assessments and matching services to client needs
- Monitor program quality and outcomes using
- Maintain clean and safe work environment
- Complies with professional, ethical, and legal standards.
What You'll Need:
- Graduate of accredited therapy program (required)
- Current and active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey (required)
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role or setting (required)
