Picker/Packer (揀貨員/包裝員)

Staff Management Group is seeking a Picker/Packer for our client in Piscataway, NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.

Schedule :

• 1st Shift: 8AM - 4:30PM OR...
• 2nd Shift: 3:30PM - 12AM
• Sunday - Friday

Pay Rate :

• $16 - $17 / hour

Job Summary :

We are seeking experienced Picker/Packers in Piscataway, NJ. Candidates must have experience with picking, packing, scanning, quality control, and be computer savvy.

Job Responsibilities :

• Pick products accurately according to order requirements
• Pack orders securely and prepare items for shipment
• Use handheld scanners to scan inventory and track order accuracy
• Perform quality control checks to ensure correct items and condition
• Complete basic computer tasks related to order processing and inventory updates
• Maintain a steady workflow in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
• Stand and remain active for extended periods during the shift
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Job Requirements :

• MUST be bilingual - English AND Mandarin
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must have experience with picking, packing, scanning, and quality control
• Must be computer savvy
