Key Responsibilities

• Develop implement and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and manage all quality control and assurance activities including inspections testing and audits of products and processes.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives through Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Manage supplier quality including qualification performance monitoring and audits.
• Oversee resolution of customer complaints and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards regulations and internal quality policies.
• Lead mentor and develop the quality assurance team.

Recommended Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management or assurance within a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in implementing and maintaining quality management systems (e.g. ISO 9001 IATF 16949 AS9100).
• Strong leadership and team management skills with a proven ability to mentor and develop quality personnel.
• Proficiency in quality tools and methodologies such as SPC FMEA PPAP APQP 8D Lean and Six Sigma.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering Manufacturing or a related technical field.

Bonus Qualifications

• Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
• Experience with advanced statistical analysis software (e.g. Minitab JMP)
• Proficiency with specific enterprise-level Quality Management Software (QMS) systems
• Experience implementing or managing quality systems in a multi-site or global manufacturing environment
