Preparing and completing online orders for delivery according to schedule, receiving and processing warehouse stock products, performing warehouse inventory controls and keeping quality standards high for audits.

Responsibilities:

• Receive and count stock items, and record data manually or using computer
• Complete fulfillment of customers’ orders, including picking items, packing, and shipping orders
• Maintain an understanding of the warehouse stocked item portfolio and quality standard of products
• Prepare shipping materials; bubble wrap, cushions to pack items into boxes
• Pack items efficiently to prevent damage while optimizing shipping costs
• Keep record of how orders were assembled, packed, and shipped
• Work with other departments; receiving, stocking and sales for efficient warehouse operations
• Meet and exceeding customers' shipment deadlines and schedules
• Work quickly and efficiently to keep up with customer delivery expectations
• Keep a clean and organized workspace and keeping attention to the conditions of bin locations
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Certification to operate Warehouse machinery
• Experience in working with RF Guns and Barcode System is a plus
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Problems-solving skills
• Critical thinking skills
• Leadership and coaching skills
• Strong empathy and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with Walkies
• Detailed-oriented with excellent organization skills
• Prior related e-commerce fulfillment experience preferred
• Packing and taping customers’ packages neatly
• Strong attention to detail, focused, flexible and communicate with team effectively
• Basic computer skills required
• Must be able to prioritize and accomplish multiple tasks with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be physically able to lift up to 50 lbs. and reach shelves using stepping stool or ladder. Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift frequently throughout the day Ability to enter and maneuver in confined spaces
• Willingness to comply with company guidelines in reference to appropriate warehouse attire
• Willingness to work overtime upon request in order to complete such tasks associated with the company
